- If the laundry receipt is lost, the customer must register their name and phone number when picking up the laundry, and sign for proof of receipt.
- The clothes will be roughly inspected in the store, and after being delivered to the factory, they will be inspected before washing to ensure that they are flawless. If the customer does not respond within 24 hours after receiving the notification, the clothes will be washed.
- Sofa cover/curtains may shrink after cleaning; long-term exposure to the sun may cause the curtain fibers to age, and may become damaged, discolored, or show flower marks after washing.
- When customers deliver laundry, please do not leave any personal belongings behind; we will not be responsible for any loss.
- Customers must collect and inspect the clothes in person when picking up the clothes. If any loss or damage is found after seven days, we will not be responsible.
- If the buttons or accessories are found to be damaged after washing, the clothes have shrunk, deformed, faded, or the hot stamping pattern has lost color, or the clothes have been damaged due to natural wear and tear or have suffered irresistible damage,
Including natural disasters, fires, wars, social riots or any accidents, we are not responsible. - If any clothing is lost or damaged, our store's maximum compensation is an electronic laundry coupon (no matter how expensive) that is five times the laundry fee.
- If the customer delivers expensive clothes for dry cleaning, we will recommend upgrading to "Seiko Dry Cleaning Service". If the customer does not agree to choose Seiko Dry Cleaning Service, we will process the clothes according to normal dry cleaning procedures.
Such as damage, dyeing, glue removal, color removal, shrinkage, loss, etc. during the dry cleaning process. The company can only compensate you with electronic laundry coupons that are five times the laundry fee for that piece of clothing. - Our company has purchased clothing fire and theft insurance for customers equivalent to five times the laundry fee. If the value of the clothing exceeds this amount, the customer must notify the company when handing over the laundry for additional insurance.
Therefore, laundry bills may increase as a result. - Customers must retrieve dry-cleaned/washed clothes within thirty days, and a storage fee of $10 per item per day will be charged for overdue items.
- If the clothes are not collected for more than three months after the due date, they will be donated to charity if they are not collected within seven days of notification.

- If you need to wash dark and light colored clothes separately, please sort them yourself. We are not responsible for any fading or staining of clothes after mixed washing.
- Pound washing is general washing, drying and folding, and no special stain removal service is provided. If the stains are stubborn, the clothing will be sent to the factory's stain remover for independent treatment, which will require additional charges.
- When clothes are dried in a clothes dryer, the size may increase or decrease.
- For hygienic reasons, items will not be counted one by one before washing. Please do not leave personal items behind; we will not be responsible for any loss.
