Pionier Laundry Medical Laundry Team
The new medical laundry factory in Tuen Mun was opened in 2017. We are committed to providing customers with the highest quality laundry management services. Our management team has many years of experience in laundry plant operation and management, has a deep understanding of customers' various service needs, and provides a full range of laundry solutions. We focus on the washing quality of linens and clothing, and continue to explore and introduce the most advanced laundry technology and equipment to ensure that the quality of our products is always at the forefront of the industry. Our factory is equipped with advanced laundry system equipment, and uses computer systems and automation modes in operation to achieve high efficiency and high quality production.
High quality factory equipment
Our factory management and equipment comply with a number of international standards and have obtained ISO certification to ensure high-quality production efficiency and washing requirements, which further proves our commitment to quality and responsible attitude towards customers. Our goal is to provide customers with the highest quality laundry management services, and to continuously improve product quality and production efficiency through continuous technological innovation and equipment upgrading to meet the growing needs of customers.
COVID-19 outbreak
During the COVID-19 outbreak, we provided laundry services to eight quarantine centers of the Department of Health to ensure that quarantined persons had clean and hygienic bedding. Including Chun Yeung Estate, Penny's Bay, Lei Yue Mun Resort and so on. At the beginning of 2022, the fifth wave of the epidemic broke out, and a large number of Hong Kong citizens were diagnosed. We immediately set up a professional team to provide infected clothing washing services for five makeshift hospitals, including: Tsing Yi, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port, Hung Shui Kiu, and San Tin and Ma Sik Road, Fanling.
During the three-year epidemic period, all our employees have exerted professionalism and worked tirelessly to provide professional laundry services to 200,000 Hong Kong citizens, with a total cleaning volume of 27,000,000 items.
Pionier Laundry's Vision and Mission
To date, employees of Pionier are responsible for the disinfection and washing of clothing and linen in many hospitals in Hong Kong.
