As the founder of Sunshine Laundry Group, my wife soon joined me after I started my laundry business. As we both came from the grassroots class, we worked hard in our careers and continued to learn. During our development period, we had the honor to meet our life mentor, Professor Fok who has taught Chinese and Western philosophy for more than 20 years. We followed Professor Fok and got in touch with Chinese culture and Confucianism, that was when we regards Confucianism as the vision of Sunshine Group. At the same time, we set up reading clubs for the core team in the company, so that colleagues can develop their temperament through studying Confucianism. Even our colleagues’ families have also undergone positive changes. After several years of education and cultivation, the working atmosphere of Sunshine Laundry has become positive and harmonious. We care about society and take it as our responsibility to build a community. Sunshine hires people with disabilities when it was first established, and then continued to recruit more people who are disadvantaged in society. A colleague we hired even said in a radio interview: "I really like Sunshine Laundry, I will never leave!"

The vision of Sunshine Group is "Be kind to oneself." My wife and I know that family harmony is the cornerstone of social harmony, and family harmony depends on the cultivation of reading and poetry. When people read, their temperament will change. What follows is a rich sense of happiness in the heart. Sunshine Group established the "Sunshine Happiness Research Institute" specifically for families. Its vision is; "Sunshine everywhere, every family is happy." The goal is to "move happiness, cultivate happiness, and spread happiness" for all members of the family.

This year is the 30th anniversary of Sunshine Group. We take this opportunity to review our shortcomings and set improvement goals to achieve Sunshine Group in the next 30 years.
